What areas do you service?

We’re launching in Auckland. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability. If you’re outside our zone, message us—we may still be able to help.

What are your hours?

Pick-ups and deliveries run 24/7. Same-day turnaround applies to pickups before 10:00 AM.

How fast is the turnaround?

Same day for pickups before 10:00 AM. After 10:00 AM, we’ll do our best—otherwise it’s delivered the next day.

What services are included?

Pick-up → Wash → Dry → Fold → Deliver. Heavy fabrics (duvets, curtains, blankets, mattress protectors, couch covers) are handled as a separate product.

How much does it cost?

• Small Load (up to 7 kg): $38

• Medium Load (up to 15 kg): $49

• Large Load (up to 20 kg): $56

• Heavy fabrics: $35 NZD per item (discounts available for big loads—contact us for a quote)

How many clothes fit in each load?

• 7 kg (Small): ~10–12 T-shirts, 3–4 jeans, 3–4 dresses, plus a week of socks/underwear

• 15 kg (Medium): ~20–25 T-shirts, 6–7 jeans, 6–7 dresses, 1–2 light jackets, two weeks of socks/underwear

• 20 kg (Large): ~30–35 T-shirts, 10+ jeans, 10–12 dresses, 3–4 hoodies/jackets, up to 2 bedding sets
  (Actual capacity varies by fabric weight and thickness.)

Is there a minimum order?

Yes—our Small Load (up to 7 kg) is the minimum.

Do you mix customers’ laundry?

Never. Each customer’s laundry is processed separately for hygiene and care.

Can you handle delicates or special instructions?

Yes. Add notes at checkout (e.g., cold wash, sensitive detergent, no fabric softener, hang-dry). We’ll follow them precisely.

Do you offer stain treatment?

We pre-treat visible stains where possible. For tough stains, results can vary—tell us what caused it for the best approach.

What detergents do you use? Do you have sensitive options?

We use high-quality, efficient detergents. Sensitive/low-fragrance options are available on request.

How are items weighed?

Loads are weighed on calibrated scales at our processing hub. If a bag exceeds the selected tier, we’ll confirm any price adjustment before proceeding.

What about heavy items (duvets, curtains, blankets)?

Heavy fabrics are priced per item at $35 NZD. For oversized/extra-thick items, or bulk heavy loads, contact us for a discounted quote.

Do you offer ironing or pressing?

How do I schedule a pickup?

Order on the website, choose a pickup window, add any notes, and check out. You’ll get confirmations and delivery updates.

What should I put my laundry in?

Any clean laundry bag or sturdy plastic bag is fine. Please keep wet items separate and remove valuables from pockets.

How is my laundry returned?

Freshly washed, dried, and neatly folded in protective bags. Hangers are available on request for shirts or dresses (note at checkout).

What if I’m not home?

Choose contactless pickup/delivery at checkout and tell us where to leave/collect (e.g., porch, building reception).

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards and common digital wallets via Shopify checkout. You’ll receive a tax invoice (prices include GST where applicable).

Can I subscribe weekly/fortnightly?

Yes—recurring pickups are available on request. Tell us your preferred day/time and load size; we’ll set it up.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes—please reschedule as early as possible (ideally 2+ hours before pickup) to maintain same-day turnaround.

Do you clean dry-clean-only items?

Not at this time. If a care label says Dry Clean Only, we won’t launder it to protect your garment.

Are there items you won’t accept?

We can’t accept heavily oil/paint-soiled items, hazardous contamination, leather/suede, or items without care labels that could be damaged by washing.

What if something is lost or damaged?

We handle every order with care. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery—we’ll re-wash or work with you on a fair resolution.

How do you keep things hygienic?

Machines are sanitized regularly; loads are kept separate; staff follow strict hygiene protocols.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes—bulk and recurring customers receive discounts. Message us for a custom quote.
